Families will be welcomed into our beautifully themed grotto, where every detail has been designed to bring festive joy to life. Children will meet Santa himself, capture a magical moment and enjoy an unforgettable Christmas experience in the heart of the city.

With limited spaces available, make sure to book early to avoid disappointment. Walk-up tickets may be available on the day however this would be subject to availability and are charged at a higher ticket price.

Ticket Option - £16.75

This includes entry to Santa’s Grotto, 6” x 9” festive photograph with Santa and a special gift from Santa. Each child ticket holder may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults at no additional charge. Adults are defined as anyone aged 16 and over.

Important information before you buy:

• We recommend tickets are purchased online in advance to guarantee entry and to avoid disappointment. Walk-up tickets may be available on the day however this would be subject to availability and are charged at a higher price.

• The event is wheel chair accessible and entrances, where required have ramps. We also have a selection of ASN sessions, where we work with reduced capacity. This information can be found on the website.

• Each ticket is valid only for the date and time shown. Please be aware when selecting your time slot this is an approximate time and we will endeavour to manage the queues to have your visit as near to the hour or half hour time slot you have booked.

• A maximum of five people may attend together in one group (including children and adults).

• Santa is very busy and very popular – please keep this in mind as there are many children for him to see, so he may work quickly to ensure everyone gets their special moment.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers and other visitors.

Terms & Conditions:

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, if you are no longer able to come along you can gift your ticket/s to family or friends. All tickets are valid only for the date and time shown. Please arrive in plenty of time to redeem our ticket/s as we may not be able to accommodate late comers. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The grotto experience is designed with children in mind; however older children are welcome. The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the grotto due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
